ALTA TITLE SURVEYS
ALTA Surveys are comprehensive land surveys that meets the standards set by the American Land Title Association. ALTA Surveys are the industry standard for commercial real estate transactions.
TITLE SURVEYS
A standard title survey it typically used to close smaller properties include residential home.
METES AND BOUNDS BOUNDARY SURVEY
A Metes and Bounds Boundary Survey is completed on un-platted properties outside of subdivisions. These can be large ranches, small homesteads, or a portion of a larger property.
FORM BOARD SURVEYS
Ford board surveys verify the location of proposed buildings or other structures prior to concrete being poured.
Platting
We facilitate Subdivision Platting, which can involve either combining parcels or dividing parcels into smaller lots. Each government agency will have their own specific requirements that have to be followed to complete the review and approval process.
TOPOGRAPHIC SURVEY
Topographic surveys locate the contours of the land and depict the elevations changes on a property.
LOT STAKING
Locating and/or reestablishing property corners to provide clear boundaries for construction or development.
ENGINEERING DESIGN SURVEY
Engineering Design Surveys include Topographic Surveys and expand the scope to include locating surface utilities, marking for subsurface utilities, and flow line locations of drainage structures and wastewater manholes.
CONSTRUCTION STAKING
Marking the locations of proposed structures as design with approved construction plans. Staking can include: grades, roads, pads, water, wastewater, storm sewer, and other utilities.
AS-BUILT SURVEY
As-built surveys depict the existing conditions of a construction project. This service provides detailed information of the completed work to confirm construction has been completed to the design specifications.
EASEMENTS
Easement exhibits and descriptions provide the necessary documents needed to specifics rights, to utility companies, government agencies, and individuals. Common easements include utility easements, access easements, and flood easements.
FEMA ELEVATION CERTIFICATES
Elevation Certificates document the existing elevations and current FEMA flood zone designation for the affected area, and are often required for development and insurance when working in or near area prone to flooding.
